On April 10, 2026, N.A. Baimuldinov, Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenues (DGD) for the Zhetisu Region and Ethics Commissioner, conducted off-site seminar-meetings at the State Revenue Office for the Panfilov District, as well as at the "Nur Zholy," "Altynkol Zhol," and "ICBC Khorgos" customs posts.

During the seminars, Mr. Baimuldinov explained the provisions and requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Anti-Corruption" and "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan," as well as the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants.

Participants discussed issues related to the prevention and prophylaxis of criminal corruption offenses, administrative corruption infractions, and disciplinary misconduct that discredits the civil service.

Special attention was paid to violations of anti-corruption restrictions, including the involvement of officials in gambling, engaging in entrepreneurial or other paid activities, the transfer of property into trust management, and other related matters.

The concepts of conflict of interest, professional ethics, and conduct outside of working hours were also clarified.
