On April 15, 2026, in accordance with the plan of events for conducting informational and explanatory work for target population groups, approved by the Akimat of the Atyrau Region, an event for youth and senior students of the district's educational organizations was held at the "Önerpaz" House of Culture in the Makhambet District of the Atyrau Region on the topic "The Safety of Society is in the Hands of an Educated Generation".

The Deputy Head of the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization, a graduate of the Bolashak program, and the Ethics Officer T.A. Adilbekova was invited to participate as a speaker as part of the republican informational and explanatory group and delivered a report on the topic: "Safety Begins with Education or My Path: Contributing to Society Through Education". Sharing her experience, T.A. Adilbekova explained to the youth the role of an educated generation in ensuring safety in our society.

Furthermore, the speaker of the explanatory group, T.A. Adilbekova, met with employees of the Sarayshyk Museum and the Aidana Agro enterprise, where she focused on the role of education and science.
