The public service is provided through the e-government web portal (hereinafter referred to as the portal). Interaction between the service recipient and the government agency is conducted electronically. The service is provided within 4 (four) business days from the date of application.

The public service is provided electronically (partially automated). This ensures prompt document review and procedural transparency.

The result of the public service is an order approving the land management project for the formation of a land plot or a reasoned response refusing to provide the public service, stating the reasons for the denial.

The public service is provided free of charge. There is no fee for the service recipient.

To receive the service, an application for approval of the land management project for the formation of land plots must be submitted using the form in Appendix 2 to the current Rules. The application is completed electronically and certified by the service recipient's digital signature. An electronic land management project is also provided.

Grounds for refusal to provide a public service include establishing the inaccuracy of the documents submitted by the service recipient and/or the data contained therein, as well as the non-compliance of the service recipient and/or the information provided with the requirements established by Parts 12 and 13 of Clause 8 of Article 44-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The service recipient can receive information about the procedure and status of the public service remotely through their personal account on the portal, as well as through a single contact center.
