Every year during the spring and autumn seasons, special organizations carry out tick control disinfection measures in settlements to prevent Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever.

In this regard, today, with the participation of Deputy Akim of the district Dias Moldabayev, disinfection works against Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever have started in the district.

This year, 3 settlements in the district have been classified as epidemiologically unfavorable. Therefore, additional measures are being strengthened in these areas, including maintaining sanitary cleanliness and organizing yards and livestock facilities.

It should be noted that the disinfection works will be carried out according to the approved schedule: the first stage from April 22 to April 28, and the second stage from April 30 to May 6, using the “Cypertrin” preparation.

The effectiveness of tick control measures primarily depends on residents maintaining cleanliness. In this regard, residents are reminded of the need to regularly clean their yards and livestock areas.
