On April 23, 2026, a round table was held at the “Oskemen-CTO” customs post on the introduction of the “Goods Declaration” module in the IS Keden information system.

The changes предусматривают automation and simplification of customs procedures, as well as the transition of paper-based documents into a digital format. In particular, all types of requests sent to declarants have been automated, including the form of Requirement/Decision for amendments to the Goods Declaration (hereinafter – GD), the GD adjustment form, and others.

The “Goods Declaration” module was launched on April 11, 2026.

The event was organized to familiarize participants with the new “Goods Declaration” module in IS Keden, as well as to identify problematic issues arising during data entry in the new system. The round table was attended by customs representatives and declarants representing participants in foreign economic activity.

During the meeting, officials of the customs post provided detailed explanations on the procedure for completing and submitting goods declarations in the new system.

Participants of the round table had the opportunity to ask questions in an interactive format and discuss challenges encountered while working with the new IS Keden module.
