The public service for approval of a draft design (sketch design) is provided electronically through the e-government web portal "Geoinformation Portal of the State Urban Development Cadastre" https://gov.ggk.kz/

This service is provided using government information systems, ensuring a prompt and transparent application review process.

The public service is provided within 10 (ten) business days from the date of application submission.

The public service is provided electronically (partially automated).

The service results in approval of the draft design (sketch design) or a reasoned refusal to provide the public service in the cases and on the grounds specified in paragraph 9 of this List.

This service is provided free of charge.

To receive the service, you must submit an electronic application in the prescribed form, certified by an electronic digital signature, with the draft design attached.

Grounds for refusal include:

submission of inaccurate documents or information;
The draft design does not comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The service recipient can track the service status through their personal account on the gov.ggk.kz portal and receive consultations through the unified contact center (1414, 8 (72251) 3-33-97).
