In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2026 No. 269, amendments were made to the order "On Approval of the Rules and Forms of Public Service Provision "Application of the out-of-court Bankruptcy Procedure".

The procedure now also covers the following types of debt:
debts owed to banks and microfinance institutions;
Debts owed to organizations with revoked licenses;
Debts to liquidated companies;
🔹 debt owed to other creditors who have the right to claim loans.

, Application conditions:
1️⃣ the amount of debt does not exceed 1600 MCI (in 2026 - about 6.9 million tenge);
2 . absence of property subject to foreclosure (except for a single dwelling);
3️⃣ no payments over 1 MCI in the last 12 months;
4. carrying out debt settlement procedures with the creditor (in cases provided for by law).

A simplified procedure is applied for citizens who have received targeted social assistance (TSA) in the last 6 months.
If the debt is over 5 years, the procedure is carried out without additional conditions and is reduced to 1 month.

, Automated verification:
All data is checked automatically through the Tazalau information system.
The verification process uses data from:
🔹 government agencies
🔹 banks
, credit bureaus
No paper certificates are required.

, The deadline for resubmission:
, 3 months after the rejection;
after 6 months — in case of termination of the procedure due to false information or concealment of property.

, The result of the procedure:
As a result, a citizen can be declared bankrupt with the complete termination of obligations.
The notification is sent to eGov's personal account or via mobile applications.
