Dear Entrepreneurs and Accountants! To avoid payment errors and incorrect tax allocation, please pay attention to the current procedure for distributing Corporate Income Tax (CIT).

According to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the RK (No. 151 and No. 152 dated April 4, 2025), clarifications to the Unified Budget Classification have entered into force.

🔍 Where to send the payment? Check your BCC:

The correct choice of BCC (Budget Classification Code) depends on your business category and economic sector:

• BCC 101110 — Corporate income tax from legal entities that are large business entities, excluding receipts from oil sector organizations. This code is for legal entities—large business entities (excluding the oil sector). (Republican Budget).
• BCC 101105 — Corporate income tax from legal entities in the oil sector. Intended exclusively for oil companies (National Fund of the RK).
• BCC 101111 — Corporate income tax from legal entities, excluding receipts from large business entities and oil sector organizations. For all other legal entities not classified as large businesses or part of the oil sector. (Local Budget).

⚠️ Important to Know:

1. Check your status: Classification of business categories is managed by the Ministry of National Economy of the RK. Ensure your company is included in the updated List of Large Business Entities: https://rsp.gov.kz/ru/rsp.
2. Avoid errors: Payments to BCC 101110 from companies that are not large businesses are not permitted.
3. Transfer of personal accounts: If a personal account has been mistakenly opened for you under BCC 101110, but you do not belong to large business, such accounts are subject to transfer to BCC 101111.

• Carefully verify the Budget Classification Code (BCC) when filling out payment orders.
• If incorrectly opened personal accounts are discovered, contact the state revenue authorities for timely adjustment.
