Today is a special day for our team – it is filled with bright sadness and great sincere gratitude. We are taking the head of the office of desk monitoring, Galiya Temirbekovna Sembayeva, for a well-deserved rest.
Her career path is not just a list of positions, it is an entire era, lasting more than 40 years, almost entirely devoted to public service.
Having received an excellent education at the Pavlodar Accounting and Economics College and the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute, she took her first steps into the profession in 1983, working as a senior economist in the village of Lebyazhye. During the difficult years of large-scale economic changes for the country, she worked in the territorial Committee of State Property and Privatization, brilliantly coping with the most complex processes of that time.
Since 2002, Galiya Temirbekovna's professional fate has been inextricably linked with the tax system. It is no exaggeration to say that she stood at the very origins of modern tax administration in our region. Excise taxes, international taxation, work with taxpayers, management of important departments in the Tax Committee for the Pavlodar region – in each of these areas she proved herself to be a specialist of the highest class.
This colossal, unique experience has become a solid foundation for her work in the Department. Since 2015, she has been in charge of the office of desk monitoring, and then, since 2019, she became the permanent head of the office of desk monitoring.
Galiya Temirbekovna's long-term conscientious work has been rightfully recognized by the state: the medal "Yeren yenbegi ushin", the title "Memlekettik kirister organdaryn uzdigi", the jubilee medal for the 100th anniversary of the Ministry of Finance and many other awards.
But for our team, her main reward is our deep respect and love. Galiya Temirbekovna has always been and remains for us a person of an amazing combination: firm, iron principles in her work and an infinitely kind, sympathetic heart in life. It was always possible to approach her for advice — she was able to find precise words of support, guide, suggest the right method of solving a problem and simply inspire the team.
We know that behind the successes of a strong woman there is always a reliable rear – her family. Together with her husband, they raised two beautiful sons, Daniyal and Kuanysh. And today, her little four-year-old granddaughter Aisha has become her main outlet, joy and light.
Dear Galiya Temirbekovna, The staff of the State Revenue Department says thank you very much for your hard work, for thousands of wise decisions, for your example and for all your students.
We sincerely wish that this new, wonderful stage of your life would be filled only with pleasant chores, the joyful laughter of your granddaughter, the comfort of family evenings and a truly well-deserved rest!
