Al-Kuwait, May 6, 2026 – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State of Kuwait Yerzhan Yelekeyev held a meeting with Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Kazakhstan Adel Ahmed Sulaiman Al-Ghenaiman.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Kazakh-Kuwaiti cooperation in the political, trade, economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

Particular attention was paid to enhancing mutual visits, expanding contacts between the business communities of the two countries, as well as further strengthening cooperation between government bodies and relevant institutions.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the friendly relations between Kazakhstan and Kuwait.

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State of Kuwait were established on January 11, 1993. Over the years, the two countries have built stable political cooperation and continue to consistently develop collaboration in the fields of investment, economy, tourism, and cultural and humanitarian ties.
