Bereke shagyn audany is one of the key points of the city's growth today. Major investment projects are being actively implemented here and infrastructure modernization is underway.

During the working trip, the progress of the construction of the hotel of the international brand Novotel was inspected. The project provides for the construction of a 7-storey building with 120 rooms with conference rooms and a restaurant. The total investment is about 5 billion tenge, the construction is being carried out at the expense of a private investor.

Special attention is paid to the development of transport infrastructure. In order to increase the safety and convenience of residents, it is planned to build an underground pedestrian crossing that will connect the parking areas of the Kostanay Plaza and the Tobol Arena sports complex. It will also create an additional 500 parking spaces.

It should be recalled that two years ago, construction in this neighborhood was temporarily suspended to review the draft road network. Since April of this year, work has resumed according to the updated scheme.

According to the new plan, it is planned to expand the streets to 7 meters, and in some areas — up to 14 meters. It is also planned to build access roads to the Comfort School and reorganize traffic flows between Kostanay Plaza and Tobol Arena.

Future plans include the expansion of Kamshat Donenbayeva Street and the construction of bypass roads.
