On the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day and Victory Day, the republican preventive campaign “Prosecutor’s Advice for Soldiers” was held at military unit 5573 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the capital city, within the framework of the “Law and Order” ideology.
The key event of the campaign was a meeting between the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Berik Asylov, and conscript servicemen. Soldiers were given the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed explanations regarding legal aspects of military service, compliance with the law, and the protection of their rights.
“Since its establishment, the National Guard has gone through a significant path of development and modernization. Today, it is a professional, mobile, and modern structure. During difficult periods, while ensuring public safety and responding to crisis situations, you consistently demonstrate endurance, discipline, and loyalty to your oath,” the Prosecutor General noted.
Following the meeting, officers and servicemen who distinguished themselves in service and combat tasks related to maintaining public order and security were awarded letters of appreciation from the Prosecutor General.
As part of the event, a demonstration program was organized for the guests. Elements of combat training, as well as a drill performance by the National Guard Honor Guard Company, were presented on the parade ground.
Participants were also shown an exhibition of weapons, military equipment, and gear. Modern vehicles, armored equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles, and technical means used in ensuring public safety were demonstrated.
In addition, guests were introduced to digital solutions implemented in the service and combat activities of the law enforcement troops, including video surveillance systems with video analytics and artificial intelligence elements, an electronic food quality assessment system, a psychological diagnostics office, and video payphones enabling servicemen to communicate with their families. The presented technologies received high praise from visitors.
The event concluded with a tasting of traditional “soldier’s porridge” and the presentation of maroon-striped undershirts to veterans of the Prosecutor General’s Office as a distinctive element of the National Guard uniform.
The campaign became an important platform for improving the legal literacy of servicemen and strengthening the principle of “Law and Order.”
