On April 24, 2026, a roundtable meeting was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk with the participation of representatives of law enforcement agencies, airlines, the airport, and customs-related infrastructure organizations.

During the event, participants discussed the instruction of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as recommendations of the Information Security Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development aimed at minimizing the risks of personal data and sensitive information leakage.

The participants were informed about the requirements of Kazakhstan’s legislation in the field of personal data protection, measures to strengthen information security, and liability for identified violations.

Following the meeting, the importance of joint efforts to ensure information security and compliance with legal requirements was emphasized.
