The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has analyzed proposals received from accountants and taxpayers. Based on these proposals, a package of updates has been implemented to simplify reporting procedures and make the system more user-friendly:

• Optimization of error handling. Now, when filling out tax reporting forms (TRFs), all errors are displayed in a single list with the ability to instantly navigate to the specific field. This significantly speeds up the process of correcting data.
• Familiar print format. Viewing the printable version of the TRF at any stage of completion has been implemented in the classic interface.
• Flexibility of personal accounts. It is now possible to generate personal accounts without mandatory indication of the State Revenue Authority (SRA) or local self-government code. Viewing personal accounts is now available by budget classification code (BCC) broken down by state revenue offices or local self-government authorities.
• Support for structural subdivisions. A function has been introduced to request a personal account by structural subdivision, which was previously unavailable.
• More informative logs. The request processing results log has been improved. Fields for SRA/local self-government authority, reporting period, and exact time of submission and receipt of the response have been added.

Work on improving the system continues, and constructive proposals are taken into consideration and form the basis for future updates.

For user convenience and prompt resolution of arising issues, several communication channels are available:

• ISNA. In the ISNA interface, go to the “Support” → “Feedback” section. Select the type “SRC IS Support Service,” describe the issue, and attach screenshots. The status of the request can be tracked in the “My Requests” section.
