In accordance with Decree No. 1223 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 7, 2026, the Akim of Batyr Rural District, Sauyt Nurgaliuly Aitbayev, presented the state awards “Altyn Alqa” and “Kumis Alqa” to mothers with many children.
