On May 12, 2026, a regular public reception was held at the Akimat of Bostandyk District. All residents’ appeals were reviewed during the reception. The issues raised included courtyard improvement, public utilities and infrastructure, sanitation, public order, the creation of a barrier-free environment, and the introduction of a facial recognition system, including at the district Akimat’s temporary building.

For a number of issues requiring additional assessment and on-site evaluation, field visits will be organized with the participation of the district Akim, representatives of authorized government bodies, and профильные services in order to make informed decisions and define further steps.

The Akimat of Bostandyk District will continue holding regular meetings with residents aimed at improving feedback mechanisms, ensuring prompt responses to citizens’ requests, and systematically addressing issues related to the development of the urban environment.
