A working meeting on preventing and combating corruption was held at the Akimat of Atyrau Region. The meeting was chaired by Yerbol Zhumabay, Deputy Chief of the Regional Akim's Office.

Lawyers from regional departments, city and district akimats participated in the meeting. Also present were Avgustina Muratova, Chief Specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Atyrau Region, and Farida Akhmetova, Ethics Commissioner of the Regional Akim's Office.

During the meeting, the procedure for conducting an internal corruption risk analysis and methodological recommendations for its implementation were explained. Participants were briefed on the implementation of the plan under Model Basic Direction No. 4 "Preventing and Combating Corruption," as well as on the procedure for timely data entry into the Bitrix information system.

Following the meeting, responsible government agencies were given specific instructions to ensure high-quality analytical work and to prevent a formal approach to the implementation of anti-corruption measures.
