The competition is aimed at promoting labor, preserving work traditions, and enhancing the prestige of working professions.

Participation is available in three categories:

• “Best Labor Dynasty”
• “Best Young Production Worker”
• “Best Mentor of Working Youth”

Winners of the competition will receive cash certificates:

1st place — 1,000,000 tenge
2nd place — 500,000 tenge
3rd place — 200,000 tenge

Applications will be accepted until July 1, 2026.

Documents are to be submitted to the State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of Karaganda City” at: Chkalov Street 7, office 301.
