Since 2026, the requirements for cash register receipts have changed.
Now, each receipt must include:
the name of the product, work or service in accordance with the Product Code Nomenclature (CCT);
the product identification code according to the CCT;
means of identification for goods subject to mandatory labeling.
Good news for business: thanks to the introduction of CNT, the process has become easier. Now you do not need to manually enter the names of the goods — it is enough to scan the barcode, and the information will be automatically pulled up from the state database through the services of fiscal data operators.
Please note
that CMCs that do not meet the new technical requirements and cannot generate new checks will be excluded from the State Register of CMCs.
We recommend checking your cash register equipment and updating it if necessary.                  Issuing checks that do not meet the established requirements may result in administrative liability.
