eGov Business introduced a service to terminate the activities of sole proprietors
Now you can close an individual entrepreneur completely online — directly through the eGov Business mobile application, without visiting government agencies at the application stage.
The service is available to:
individual entrepreneurs;
individuals engaged in private practice.
How do I apply?
In the eGov Business application:
section "Registration and termination of business"
service "Termination of IP activity"
Then you need to select the type of tax statement:
D — termination of activities with desk control;
E — simplified termination of activities without desk control.
After that:
select the state revenue agency;
confirm consent to data processing;
sign the application using Face ID, Touch ID or a quick access code.
The application status can be monitored in real time.
The status "Processed" confirms the official termination of the sole proprietor's activity.
