The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has introduced a new digital system that automatically evaluates the performance of military unit commanders. The platform collects and analyzes key service and combat readiness indicators and generates an objective ranking without manual intervention.

From now on, all information related to unit activities is processed within a unified system. This makes it possible to monitor performance in real time, identify areas where high standards are maintained, and detect areas requiring additional attention and management decisions.

The platform is integrated into the National Guard’s information portal and includes four main assessment categories: service and combat training, educational and morale-building work, technical and logistical support, and the level of state secrets protection.

One of the key benefits of the platform is the reduction of bureaucratic workload. Previously, performance indicators were compiled from various sources and often required manual verification and clarification. Now, all information is centralized within a single digital environment.

The platform independently processes data, generates analytical reports, and produces final results in the form of a performance rating. This saves time and allows commanders to focus on managing their units more effectively.

Each commander has access to a personal dashboard where they can monitor their unit’s performance across all key areas of activity. At the same time, senior leadership receives an objective overview of the condition and effectiveness of military units, enabling timely decisions to improve their operations.

The introduction of the Commander Rating Platform marks another step in the digital transformation of the National Guard. The system enhances transparency, strengthens discipline, and makes troop management more efficient and responsive.

It should be noted that digital technologies are becoming an increasingly important tool for improving governance and ensuring public security throughout the country.
