Today, June 3, 2026, at the Akmola Department of State Property and Privatization, a training seminar on the topic: "Key Novelties of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was conducted for the department's employees by T. Khaseinov, Head of the Personnel and Legal Work Department. The seminar aimed to form a comprehensive understanding of constitutional changes and enhance the level of legal and constitutional literacy in the field of public administration.
This training was carried out in accordance with the Organizational Measures for Promoting the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the Action Plan for Explaining the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Decree №237 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2026, for the year 2026.
       During the lecture, the speaker focused in detail on the following areas of key constitutional innovations: public administration reform, justice and human rights protection mechanisms, innovations in the socio-economic block (culture, education, science and innovation, environmental responsibility), and the procedure for amending the Basic Law.
