Today, under the chairmanship of the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, a meeting was held regarding personnel changes. At the gathering, colleagues respectfully bid farewell to Marat Kurmanbayev, who was retiring after serving as the head of the regional department for mobilization training, territorial and civil defense.
The head of the region highlighted Marat Erdauletovich's long and fruitful career in public service, noting his significant contribution to the development of the region.
«In our region, the infrastructure of military units has been updated, and the conscription of citizens for compulsory military service has been systematized. We must particularly note the personal contribution of Marat Erdauletovich in organizing this work at a high level», – said Murat Nalkhozhaevich.
Kurmanbayev Marat Erdauletovich began his career in the production sector and later held responsible positions in the environmental protection and public administration systems.
From 2013 to 2024, he headed the Department of Ecology for the Kyzylorda and Zhambyl regions, and the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Regulation of the Kyzylorda region. Since 2024, he held the position of head of the regional department for mobilization training, territorial and civil defense.
During his leadership of the regional Department of Ecology, he facilitated the receipt of over 64 billion tenge above plan into the budget through environmental pollution charges. As a result of joint work with authorized bodies in law enforcement and defense, the territorial list of objects vulnerable from a terrorist standpoint was updated, and they were modernized in accordance with safety requirements.
In recent years, protective dams have been restored in the Aral and Zhalagash districts, and siren connection devices have been installed in 124 settlements for the timely notification of the population about emergencies. Settlements where natural foci of Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever were registered have been neutralized.
At the meeting, Marat Erdauletovich was presented with an Honorary Certificate of the Kyzylorda Region for his special contribution to the socio-economic development of the region, and traditional honors were also bestowed upon him.
The head of the region also expressed gratitude to Ziyash Kiyakbayev, who served as the General Director of KazGerMunai LLP since 2024, in connection with his transition to another position and presented him with an Honorary Certificate of the Kyzylorda Region.
The meeting introduced Erseit Zholmirzayevich Kaipov, appointed by the decision of the Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas to the position of General Director of KazGerMunai LLP.
