On the first day of summer, which coincides with the International Children’s Day, a festive event titled “Children’s Laughter Is a Symbol of Peaceful Life” was held at the central square with the participation of District Akim Jandos Yerkinbek.

The celebration, aimed at encouraging children's creativity and talents, began with an open-air drawing competition called “The Colorful Garden of Childhood.” Through their colorful drawings, children expressed their vision of a happy childhood.

In addition, competitions in various sports were organized, allowing young athletes to showcase their skills and abilities.

Throughout the event, specially designed photo zones provided memorable moments for children, while exhibitions of play and creative centers from local kindergartens introduced the public to the activities and achievements of preschool institutions.

During the ceremony, District Akim Jandos Yerkinbek congratulated everyone on the occasion and said:

"Children are our happiness and our future. The cheerful and blossoming children of today will become the backbone of our nation tomorrow, bringing light to our sacred land and becoming worthy custodians of the homeland inherited from our ancestors. I sincerely congratulate all our young boys and girls on this special occasion and wish you a bright future and clear skies above."

He also expressed his gratitude to all educators and preschool teachers who dedicate their knowledge, experience, and hard work to raising the younger generation.

As part of the festive program, children from the district’s kindergartens performed various artistic and creative acts. Creative groups and performers from across the district also presented a concert program, adding even more color and joy to the celebration.

It is worth noting that nearly 4,000 children are currently being educated and cared for in 45 preschool institutions across the district.
