An important meeting with newly enlisted soldiers of the spring draft took place at military unit 5573. The servicemen were addressed by one of Kazakhstan’s most distinguished military figures, People’s Hero (Halyk Kaharmany) Lieutenant General Bakhytzhan Yertayev. He spoke about the significance of military service, responsibility to the Motherland, the importance of discipline, and loyalty to the Military Oath. The general shared his personal and professional experience and offered valuable guidance to the young soldiers.

"Military service is not only about mastering weapons; above all, it is a school of character. Today, you are taking your first steps toward protecting the security and peace of Kazakhstan. Make good use of your time, gain knowledge, and develop yourselves in every way. The army will strengthen your character and help you become responsible citizens of your country. Live up to the trust of the state and the hopes of your parents," Lieutenant General Bakhytzhan Yertayev emphasized.

During the meeting, the Commander of Military Unit 5573, Colonel Zhandar Ashirbekov, also addressed the servicemen and congratulated the young soldiers on the beginning of a new stage in their lives.

"A military unit is a large family. Today, you are joining the ranks of the National Guard. We are creating all the necessary conditions for every serviceman to develop, master military specialties, and serve safely. Maintain discipline and remain faithful to the Military Oath. Then this period will become a true school of life for you," the unit commander noted.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format. Soldiers had the opportunity to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers. The general’s stories about his military career and life experience made a particularly strong impression on the young servicemen.

Private Olzhas Utepbergen, one of the new recruits, shared his impressions of the event.

"Today’s meeting was a very important event for us. The general’s life story and advice became a powerful source of motivation. I am sure that his words about military service resonated with every soldier. We will do our utmost to justify the trust placed in us and serve our Motherland with dignity," the young serviceman said.

Such meetings play an important role in strengthening the patriotic spirit of young soldiers and helping them better understand the significance and value of military service. The guidance and life experience of the distinguished general will undoubtedly remain in the memory of these young warriors for many years to come.
