Dear fellow citizens,

From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on this truly historic occasion, the entry into force of the New Constitution of our country.

Today marks the beginning of a new era in the history of sovereign Kazakhstan. We are embarking on a path of steady progress, political and economic reforms, and comprehensive modernization.

This day symbolizes a fundamental transformation of our political system, as well as the renewal of the key institutions of the State and civil society.

At the nationwide referendum held on 15 March, the people of Kazakhstan made a momentous choice that has defined the country’s course of development for decades to come. This historic decision will forever remain for our nation as a vivid testament to the genuine patriotism and profound civic responsibility demonstrated by millions of our fellow citizens.

It is deeply symbolic that Constitution Day is now inseparably linked with the beginning of the Nauryznama decade. This landmark occasion harmoniously brings together the centuries-old traditions of spring renewal with the fundamental principles of the New Constitution – the pursuit of civic solidarity, advanced knowledge, and conscientious work for the benefit of the Motherland.

I am confident that, relying on the firm legal foundation of this truly people’s Constitution, we will undoubtedly achieve all the goals we have set and firmly establish in our society the enduring values of Law and Order, Diligence and Progress, Cleanliness and Respect for Nature.

United as an unbreakable embodiment of national unity, we will undoubtedly reach new heights of global achievement and build a Just Kazakhstan – a State of equal opportunities and the comprehensive development of every citizen without exception.

I am confident in the successful realization of our plans, which will lead our Motherland to lasting prosperity.
