Key changes in 2026
- Mandatory indication of the product name and product code (NTIN/XTIN). This applies to packaged goods and labeled goods (including the labeling code).
- Ban on the "cancellation" function of the receipt — adjustments are made only through a return receipt.
- Increased requirements for data transmission through fiscal data operators.
The Department of State Revenue of the Mangystau region recommends entrepreneurs:
- Update the KKM software and firmware to a version that supports the new requirements (Protocol 2.0.3).
- Use barcode scanners to correctly read the TUBING codes.
- Check in advance the compliance of your KKM with the new rules.

Compliance with the new requirements will avoid administrative liability and ensure the smooth operation of the business.
