The Department of State Revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs taxpayers importing goods from the EAEU countries of the following.

           In order to automate and improve the business process of currency control, push notifications were sent to participants in foreign economic activity through the Central Office "Taxpayer's Office" with the following text: "Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs must reflect UNVD if it is available under the relevant currency agreements registered in the BVU."

           At the same time, the column "Accounting number of the currency agreement" is provided in TNF 328.00 to indicate the accounting number of the currency agreement (hereinafter - UNVD No.).

           If No. UNVD is indicated in TNF 328.00, information on such TNFs will be transmitted automatically to the NB of the Republic of Kazakhstan without the need for the taxpayer to provide a copy of the application for the import of goods and the payment of indirect taxes.
