The Department of State Revenue for the Kostanay region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated May 19, 2026 No. 55 amended the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 10, 2013 No. 289 (hereinafter referred to as the Decision).
The above Decision comes into force on January 1, 2027 (published on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Commission on May 22, 2026).
