Analysis of the debtor’s financial and economic activities during the period preceding bankruptcy in order to identify signs of intentional bankruptcy

On October 8–10, 2025, the Training and Methodological Center, jointly with the Insolvent Debtors Administration of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted a дистанционный seminar entitled “Analysis of the Debtor’s Financial and Economic Activities During the Pre-Bankruptcy Period for the Purpose of Identifying Signs of Intentional Bankruptcy.”
The objective of the event was to enhance the effectiveness of identifying signs of intentional bankruptcy.
The seminar participants included employees of the insolvency units and departments of the territorial state revenue authorities responsible for working with insolvent debtors.
The seminar lectures were delivered via the Polycom platform by the following speakers:
- Nazgul Kuvashevna Dushkenova – Deputy Head of the Insolvent Debtors Administration, State Revenue Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Aigerim Erykovna Isabekova – Chief Expert of the Insolvent Debtors Administration, State Revenue Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Yermek Beishenovich Tuleubayev – Chief Expert of the Insolvent Debtors Administration, State Revenue Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the seminar, participants asked questions to the speakers and received comprehensive answers.
Upon completion of the seminar, 103 participants were awarded certificates confirming the successful completion of the professional development program.
