Systematic work on the development of housing construction and social infrastructure continues in Kostanay region. The Astana microdistrict in the city of Tobyl is of particular importance.

As part of the project, it is planned to build 23 multi-family residential buildings, which will provide housing for more than 1,000 families.

To date, some of the houses have already been put into operation, while construction and installation work continues in the rest. The total building area exceeds 10,000 square meters, while residential buildings are provided with modern engineering and social infrastructure.

Roads, lighting, engineering networks, and public spaces are developing in the neighborhood in parallel. This contributes to improving the quality of life of the population and the development of the urban environment.

The project demonstrates the effective implementation of housing policy in the region and contributes to ensuring social stability and sustainable urban development.
