In accordance with the work plan for 2026 of the KSU "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Educational Development "YERKEN" of the East Kazakhstan Region on June 19 this year, a regional MILESTONE event was held to summarize the results of an important stage of the republican pilot project "Erte zhastan enbekke zhane kasipke baulu".

The purpose of the event is to analyze the interim and final results of the pilot project on early involvement of children in work and vocational guidance in preschool organizations, disseminate effective experience, improve the professional competencies of teachers and popularize innovative approaches aimed at forming a positive attitude towards work among children.

Utkelbaeva Aigerim Yerkinbekovna, Senior expert of the Monitoring and Analysis Department of the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the event, which was organized on the basis of the Kindergarten-Nursery No. 1 "Balapan" of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan Region.

During the event, the best practices of five preschool organizations of the region participating in the republican pilot project were presented. The participants analyzed the interim results of the work carried out within the framework of the project, got acquainted with effective practices of labor and professional education of preschool children. Teachers got acquainted with modern methods and technologies aimed at developing children's interest in work, forming creative and practical skills, visited fragments of open organized activities, took part in master classes, methodological exhibitions and discussion platforms, where they exchanged experiences and professional developments.

The event emphasized the importance of labor education in shaping a child's personality, helped strengthen the partnership between the family and the preschool organization, and also became a platform for discussing proposals for further improvement of the project.

The regional MILESTONE event demonstrated the systematic nature of work on labor and professional education in preschool organizations, the effectiveness of spreading best pedagogical practices and supporting innovative ideas, and also created conditions for the development of professional cooperation between teachers.

At the end of the event, recommendations were developed for the further effective implementation of the pilot project, and issues of dissemination of best practices at the regional level were considered. Following the results of the first half of the pilot project, the best teachers were awarded.

The event was attended by 50 teachers of the region.
