The project serves as a regional extension of the "Taldau Mektebi" (Analytics School) initiative, which has been running for five years. Its goal is to foster an analytical culture, build a professional community of analysts, and develop practical solutions to pressing issues facing the country's largest metropolis.

At the conclusion of the program, teams presented analytical projects and practical recommendations on key issues concerning Almaty's development.
