Civil Servant's Day: The best were awarded, young professionals took the oath
11.07.2026 10:32:23 277A ceremonial meeting dedicated to June 23, Civil Servant's Day, was held with the participation of the regional akim, Murat Ergeshbayev.
The meeting highlighted reforms aimed at modernizing the civil service, the main directions of the new Law "On Civil Service," which will come into force on July 1 of this year, and the role of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve in attracting qualified young people to public administration.
Currently, approximately 800 young civil servants under the age of 35 are working in the region.
The regional governor noted the special importance of civil service in the country's development and congratulated them on their professional holiday.
"Our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich said: 'Civil servants are the main driving force behind building a Just Kazakhstan.'
Serving the state is the most honorable and responsible task. An inexhaustible love for the Motherland and a tireless contribution to its development are the duty of every citizen.
Civil servants' qualities such as professionalism and integrity form the foundation of our country's prosperity.
We are always proud to say that our region has produced many figures who have set a true example of faithful service to the country. Among them is the outstanding statesman and public figure Berdibek Mashbekovich Saparbayev. The book "Saparbayev tulgasy," reflecting the moral path of a noble citizen, was published at the initiative of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs. The book's presentation took place recently in Kyzylorda.
This work is a spiritual legacy that explains to all civil servants and youth the importance of honesty and hard work, and deeply understands the dignity of public service.
A civil servant is a mirror of the people, contributing to the country's prosperity, justifying trust, and improving the well-being of our residents, demonstrating an example of honesty and justice in society. "Do everything in your power and knowledge to justify the high responsibilities and great trust placed upon you",- said Murat Nalkhozhaevich.
At the event, several employees and industry veterans were awarded letters of gratitude from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the First Deputy Prime Minister, the "Uzdik Memlekettik Qyzmetshі" badge of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, the Certificate of Honor of the Kyzylorda Region, the "Kyzylorda oblysynyn damuyna koskan ulesi ushin" medal, and a Letter of Gratitude from the Akim of the Region.
At the celebratory event, young civil servants, newly appointed to the civil service in accordance with the Presidential Decree, ceremoniously took the oath of office.
