A gala event dedicated to Judges and Court Staff Day was held at the Arts Center, attended by the regional akim, Murat Ergeshbayev. Majilis member Maksat Tolykbay, law enforcement officials, industry veterans, and court staff participated.
This significant day recognizes the daily work of specialists directly responsible for ensuring the rule of law in the country and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. An independent, fair, and transparent judiciary is the main guarantor of stability, legal foundations, and socioeconomic development in any state.
The path of justice has been shaped by the khans and biys in our history and is embedded in the traditions of our people. The judicial system in our region developed with the establishment of the Kyzylorda Region in 1938.
The regional governor congratulated industry workers on their professional holiday, noting the role of the judicial system in ensuring the rule of law and its role in society. "As you know, the new Constitution, adopted at the initiative of our President and with the support of the people, will come into force this July. The main goal of the Constitution is to strengthen the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, ensure the rule of law, and build a just society. As a result of the constitutional reform, the balance between the branches of government was strengthened, and the Constitutional Court was reorganized. The potential of human rights institutions has increased. All of these are systemic steps aimed at developing the country as a democratic, legal, and social state.
Today's judiciary protects the Constitution and laws. Judicial independence is the key to a fair trial. Citizens' trust in the courts is one of the main indicators of a rule-of-law state. Therefore, your decisions must always be fair, and the rule of law and human rights must be the primary guideline in any matter",- said Murat Nalkhozhaevich.
Adilkhadi Zhumambayev, Chairman of the Regional Court, congratulated his colleagues on their professional holiday. During the ceremony, employees from various fields were presented with a Letter of Appreciation from the First Deputy Prime Minister, a Certificate of Honor from the Kyzylorda Region, a Letter of Appreciation from the Akim of the Region, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan's "Kurmettі sudya" and "Sot Zhuiesіnіn uzdіgі" badges, a "Sot Zhuiesіnіn ardagerі" medal, a Certificate of Appreciation, and a Letter of Appreciation.
Awards from the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan were also presented: "Ush bi," "Sudyalar odagynyn kurmettі mushesі," "Zhetі zhargy," and others.
