Enter the Taxpayer's Account.
- Go to the "Submit a document" section.
- Enter "Termination Tax Statement" in the search bar and select the appropriate service.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Check the correctness of the entered data and submit the application.

- After sending, it is recommended to monitor the status of the application in the Taxpayer's Office.
