The meeting was chaired by the regional akim, Murat Ergeshbayev. The agenda included discussions of current issues related to the region's socio-economic development, budget allocation, concreting agricultural canals, accepting new social facilities onto their books, attracting investment, and clarifying objectives for the upcoming period.
The regional governor instructed the heads of key sectors to implement the six-month investment plan and effectively implement new initiatives and investment projects aimed at developing the manufacturing industry.
The regional construction department, city and district akimats, and the statistics department were tasked with systematizing the accounting of construction projects and ensuring the completeness and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual statistical reporting.
The efficient and complete utilization of budget funds was also addressed, with specific instructions given to the responsible officials. The finalization of acceptance certificates and the acceptance of newly opened social facilities within a week were also discussed, as was the transfer of district sports complexes to district akimats in accordance with legal requirements. This will allow us to systematize the work schedule, conduct routine repairs, and improve logistical support in accordance with the needs of the population.
