Today, the Akim of Karmakshy District, Zhandos Yerkinbek, held a meeting with the residents of the Akai rural district, where he spoke about the socio-economic development of the district and summarized the results of the work carried out during the first half of 2026.

During the meeting, the Akim of the Akai rural district, Batyrzhan Turganov, delivered a report on the activities implemented over the six months of 2026.

To date, the district's planned budget of 63.4 million tenge has been fully utilized, and budget funds have been used efficiently. In addition, the planned indicators for land, property, transport, and individual income taxes have exceeded 100 percent.

Currently, 16 streets in the village have been asphalted, and street lighting has been installed on 36 streets. As a result of the work carried out to improve the irrigation water system, 21 streets and 421 residential houses have been connected to the irrigation network. In addition, a special land plot has been prepared along Abai Street for landscaping purposes. Today, 271 business entities operate steadily in the village.

Furthermore, with the support of the district akim, the construction of a football field and a children's playground on Konysov Sakypzhan Street, worth 51 million tenge, has been completed. Five bus stops were installed in the rural district at the expense of 8.4 million tenge allocated from the district budget and have already been put into service for local residents.

During the meeting, the district head also spoke about the projects being implemented across the district and the tasks ahead, and answered residents' questions. Local residents voiced their suggestions and requests, and appropriate explanations were provided regarding the issues raised.

At the end of the meeting, Zhandos Yerkinbek noted that efforts aimed at the development of the village will continue in the future.
