Dear citizens of North Kazakhstan!

Today, the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the People's Constitution – comes into force, adopted by the will of citizens in a nationwide referendum. This is a truly historic event, opening a new page in the development of our country.

As Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev noted, the people are the sole source of state power, and the reforms being implemented reflect their will and commitment to building a Just Kazakhstan.

The new Constitution is more than just an updated Basic Law. It is a solid foundation for large-scale reforms aimed at strengthening statehood, the rule of law and order, increasing government accountability, developing civic participation, and creating new opportunities for everyone.

A great deal of joint work lies ahead for the state and society. Only together, relying on unity, mutual trust, and responsibility, can we build a strong, secure, and prosperous Kazakhstan.

I sincerely congratulate everyone on this important historical event! May the People's Constitution become a reliable foundation for peace and harmony, the further development of our country, and the well-being of every family!
