Dear residents of Pavlodar region!

Today I want to address you on an important issue – the submission of the annual Declaration of income and property on form 270.00.
About 49,000 people in our region are expected to report this year. However, to date, only 15 thousand Pavlodar residents have submitted their declarations. This is only 30 percent of the total number. I strongly recommend that you do not postpone submitting the declaration until the last moment in order to avoid peak loads and disruptions in information systems in September.
Let me briefly remind you who exactly is required to submit the declaration in 2026.
Firstly, these are government employees, persons performing government functions, and their spouses.
Secondly, the heads and founders of companies with a share of more than 10 percent, as well as their spouses.
Third, individuals engaged in private practice: lawyers, notaries, mediators, and bailiffs.
In addition, citizens who have received property income or acquired property worth over 78 million tenge during the year are required to submit a declaration. This also applies to those who own digital assets, such as cryptocurrency, have real estate abroad or money in foreign banks in excess of 1,000 MCI, which is about 4 million tenge (3,932,000 tenge).
The deadline for submitting the declaration is no later than September 15th.
At the same time, you do not need to go to the tax authorities and stand in queues. Everything can be done in just a few minutes online. You can fill out the form through the mobile applications "e-Salyq Azamat" and "eGov mobile", the banking applications "Halyk" and "Kaspi", as well as through the Taxpayer's Office.
I would like to draw your attention to responsibility. A warning is issued for failure to submit a declaration or provide incorrect information for the first time. In case of repeated violation, you will have to pay a fine of up to 15 MCI.
