If, based on the results of the adjustment, it is determined that the amount of tax has been paid in a larger amount, it is necessary to submit a tax application for the refund of overpaid amounts of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget.

You can apply through the Taxpayer's Office, the eGov portal.kz, the eGov Mobile mobile application, the e-Salyq Azamat mobile application, or the Tax Wallet service (for individuals).
