From July 23 to 26, 2026, Almaty will host the international forum ACT Creative Tech Week 2026, bringing together representatives from the fields of education, creative industries, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies from Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea.

The forum marks the first practical step in implementing the Memorandum of Understanding signed in Seoul between the public association "Dialogue" Union of Translators, the Academy of Creative Technologies (ACT), and YLAB Academy.

On July 4, 2026, in Seoul, the public association "Dialogue" Union of Translators, the Academy of Creative Technologies (ACT), and YLAB Academy signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The document provides for cooperation in the fields of education, creative industries, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies. The parties will jointly develop educational programs, organize international events, and exchange professional expertise.

ACT is an international educational platform based at ALT University, training specialists in AI, IT, and creative technologies. YLAB Academy is the educational division of YLAB, a global leader in the webtoon industry and intellectual property (IP) development.
