On July 8, 2026, a meeting dedicated to explaining the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the conference hall of the State Revenue Department for Almaty. The event was organized as part of the implementation of the Action Plan approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Resolution No. 237 dated April 8, 2026.

The meeting was opened by Dinara Maratkhanovna Dzharlykassymova, Head of the Human Resources Department, who delivered welcoming remarks to the participants.

The keynote speaker, Nurbol Satybaldievich Zhetybayev, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, introduced the Department’s specialists to the key provisions and amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and provided comprehensive answers to questions regarding legal enforcement practice.

The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the foundation of the country's stability and the guarantor of citizens' rights. A clear understanding of its provisions by civil servants is essential for the effective implementation of state policy.
