Two enterprises of the Karaganda region have won the CIS International Award for achievements in the field of product and service quality. The award ceremony was held in Kyrgyzstan as part of a meeting of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification.

According to the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the title of laureate was awarded to the Scientific and Production Association Defectoscopy LLP, which specializes in the diagnosis and control of facilities in the oil and gas, mining, metallurgical and energy industries. The diploma winner of the award was Boehmer Armatura LLP, a plant located on the territory of the Saryarka special economic zone and manufacturing ball valves.

Both companies represented Kazakhstan after successfully passing the national selection.

The CIS International Prize is awarded to enterprises that implement modern management methods, innovative technologies and produce products that meet high quality standards.
