Akim of the region Murat Ergeshbayev, regional prosecutor Rizabek Ozharov, representatives of the intelligentsia and the older generation took part in the opening ceremony of a camel milk powder plant in Aral region.
Speaking at the ceremonial event, the head of the region noted that the implementation of this project will contribute to strengthening the industrial potential of the region and will have a positive impact on its socio-economic development.
«I congratulate everyone on the official opening of one of the most significant projects for our region — the camel milk powder plant! This enterprise will become a new impetus for the development of the region's economy, will increase the country's export potential and create new jobs.
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev has repeatedly emphasized that new investments should be directed primarily towards forming a modern industrial base for the country.
In this direction, large investment projects are being successfully implemented in the region. One of them is the plant of the «Kazakh Camel» company for the production of camel milk powder worth 3 billion tenge.
Despite the presence of camel milk processing enterprises in the country, there are very few plants producing dry powder on an industrial scale. Therefore, this project is a unique and important initiative,» — noted Murat Ergeshbayev.
The production capacity of the enterprise is about 400 tons of products per year. The plant will create 23 permanent jobs.
For the production of dry powder, up to 20 thousand liters of camel milk will be required daily, which will become an additional source of income for local residents engaged in animal husbandry. They will be able to deliver milk daily and receive a stable income.
In order to expand sales markets, a long-term contract for the export of products to China has been concluded for a period of 10 years. As part of state support, the enterprise has been provided with a land plot of 1 hectare on the territory of the industrial zone. In addition, financing in the amount of 1.8 billion tenge is provided through the Industrial Development Fund for the purchase of necessary technological equipment from China.
During the ceremony, regional prosecutor Rizabek Ozharov, representatives of the older generation Aitbay Kosherbay and Adilbek Aiymbetov delivered speeches. Citizens who contributed to the socio-economic development of the district and the implementation of the project were awarded Letters of Gratitude from the akim of the region.
In order to diversify the region's economy, it is planned to implement 48 investment projects totaling 1.9 trillion tenge over the next three years, which will create more than 10 thousand new jobs. This year, the commissioning of 21 projects with a total cost of 100 billion tenge is planned.
