Akim of the region Murat Ergeshbayev, Chairman of the regional maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov, and representatives of the intelligentsia participated in the gas connection ceremony in the village of Akzharma during a working trip to the Syrdarya district.
At the festive event, the head of the region congratulated the villagers on the realization of this long-awaited benefit and expressed his best wishes.
«The Head of State pays special attention to bringing infrastructure to villages.
Today we have gathered on the occasion of connecting natural gas, which you have long awaited and which will breathe new life into the daily lives of the rural population. More than 1.8 billion tenge has been allocated from the budget for this project. Last year, gas was connected in the villages of Nagi Ilyasov and Shagan, and they are already enjoying this benefit. Work in this direction will continue in the future. May our sovereign country be prosperous, and our Independence unshakable!», — said the head of the region.
Home front veteran Umirbek Sagyndykov spoke at the event, and employees of the contractor organization who contributed to the socio-economic development of our region and carried out the gas pipeline laying work with quality and on time were awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Akim of the region.
After the ceremony, the head of the region visited the homes of rural residents and presented memorable gifts.
Since 2022, 77 gasification projects worth more than 65 billion tenge have been implemented in the region.
As a result, the gasification level of the region's population reached 83 percent. By the end of this year, blue fuel will be supplied to 10 settlements, and the coverage level will reach 85 percent.
In the coming days, gasification of the villages of Shirkeyli, Kogalykol, and Besaryk in the Syrdarya district will begin.
During the trip, the head of the region met with residents of the villages of Akzharma, Shagan, Inkardariya, Nagi Ilyasov, and Shirkeyli.
At the meetings, the socio-economic development of the district was discussed, and the gathered residents expressed their proposals and opinions.
