Particular attention was given to the construction of a new military compound. The Commander-in-Chief was briefed on the progress of the headquarters building, barracks, and other infrastructure facilities. Once completed, the new complex will accommodate approximately 50 officers, 160 contract servicemen, and 240 conscript soldiers. The project will create modern conditions for military service, training, and the effective organization of daily operations.

As part of the working visit, Lieutenant General Baltabekov also met with National Guard personnel assigned to guard the perimeter of Correctional Institution No. 62. He reviewed the organization of security duties, inspected the conditions under which personnel perform their missions, and spoke with the servicemen.

Following the visit, discussions focused on further measures to improve military infrastructure, strengthen the logistical and technical base of National Guard units, and enhance combat readiness. The National Guard leadership emphasized that developing modern infrastructure and providing достойные service conditions remain among the key priorities in the continued development of the country's law enforcement troops.

It should be noted that since 2022, Zhezkazgan has served as the administrative center of the Ulytau Region. The development of National Guard infrastructure in the region is of strategic importance for strengthening public security, maintaining law and order, and enhancing the operational capabilities of units carrying out missions in central Kazakhstan.
