The land of Kostanay is renowned for its rich traditions and distinctive culture. Over the years, the region, known as the golden cradle of peace, unity, and prosperity, has achieved significant progress, becoming one of the country's main breadbaskets.
Kostanay Region holds a special place in the history of our country. It was here that the great enlighteners and thinkers Ibray Altynsarin, Akhmet Baitursynov, Beimbet Mailin, and many other outstanding figures were born. Their selfless service to the people contributed to a significant expansion of the horizons of national spirituality.
Today, the region's economy is developing dynamically. Thanks to the hard work of its citizens, the region is confidently moving along the path of prosperity, demonstrating high achievements in all spheres. The people of Kostanay consistently set an excellent example of unity and patriotism. A vivid confirmation of this is the active participation of local residents in the republican referendum held in March, during which they overwhelmingly voted in support of the new Constitution.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to all citizens whose labor creates the well-being of the region. I am confident that you will continue to actively participate in the implementation of constructive initiatives aimed at building a Just Kazakhstan and realizing the principle of "Law and Order".
