Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev has sent his congratulations on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Kostanay region. Allow me to present it to your attention.

I sincerely congratulate you on the 90th anniversary of the formation of Kostanay region!

The land of Kostanay is renowned for its rich traditions and distinctive culture. Over the past years, the region, known as the golden cradle of peace, unity, and prosperity, has achieved significant progress, turning into one of the country's main breadbaskets.

Kostanay region holds a special place in the history of our country. Great enlighteners and thinkers such as Ibrai Altynsarin, Akhmet Baitursynov, Beimbet Mailin, and many other outstanding figures were born here. Their selfless service to the people contributed to a significant expansion of the horizons of national spirituality.

Today, the region's economy is developing dynamically. Thanks to the hard work of its citizens, the region is confidently moving along the path of prosperity, demonstrating high achievements in all spheres. Kostanay residents consistently set a wonderful example of unity and patriotism. A vivid confirmation of this is the active participation of local residents in the republican referendum held in March, during which they overwhelmingly voted in support of the new Constitution.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all citizens whose labor creates the well-being of the region. I am confident that you will continue to actively participate in the implementation of creative initiatives aimed at building a Just Kazakhstan and realizing the principle of «Law and Order».

Today we are celebrating not just an anniversary. The 90th anniversary of Kostanay region – is nine decades of glorious history, continuity of generations, selfless labor, and high achievements.

All the achievements that our land is proud of today are the result of the labor and efforts of our people. The land of Kostanay has always been and remains a reliable pillar of Independent Kazakhstan.

Today, our region is confidently moving forward. We are strengthening the industrial and agricultural potential of the region, developing infrastructure, building housing, roads, schools, and hospitals. All our achievements – are the result of great trust in the region, large-scale investments, and, most importantly, the tireless work of Kostanay residents.

We have a clear vision of the future, strong will, and enormous potential. We will continue to work together to create a strong, comfortable, and prosperous land that our children and grandchildren will be proud of!

Dear compatriots!

The land of Kostanay has always been a land of well-being and unity, talented individuals, and rich spirituality. Today you have witnessed the traditional regional festival «Өнеріміз саған, Қазақстан!». This is a celebration of art.

The festival has become a significant event that enlivens the cultural life of the Tobol-Turgai region and glorifies the traditions of our people.

Once again, I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the 90th anniversary of our region!
