In 2025, during the Mangystau International Tourism Forum, Shaykhy Zhandos Alkenuly, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Baiterek National Managing Holding, and Abbat Urisbayev, Deputy Akim of the Mangystau Region, signed a cooperation memorandum.

The memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation in the tourism and investment sectors, support the sustainable development of the region, and enhance Mangystau's international profile as a tourism destination.
